After specializing in knitwear, I started an internship at DeParel in Amsterdam. This brand was founded by the duo Max Mulder and James Langley and is specialized in swimknitwear. For me, this internship was a valuable opportunity to deepen my knowledge of the knitwear world after completing my knitwear specialization.

During the internship, I learned a great deal about various knitting techniques, collaborating within a creative team, developing new items, and creating color collections. I refined my knitting skills and truly made the craft my own.

Working at a smaller, emerging brand also provided unique insights into how a growing label handles challenges and opportunities. I was able to closely observe the strategies they use to expand their brand. This experience was not only educational from a creative perspective but also highly valuable in understanding the business side of the fashion industry.
